Upon rising each morning drink an 8-ounce cup of hot water with the juice of half a fresh lemon (organic is best) squeezed into it.
 
Drink 8-ounces of cran-water 20-minutes before each meal for a total of 32 ounces per day. 
 
 
 
 
What is cran-water?
 
The recipe is simple.  Mix 8 ounces of organic unsweetened cranberry juice (such as Knudsen) to 1 gallon of purified water (filtered, spring or reverse osmosis). 
 
* I use 1/4 cup of juice. 
 
You may add Stevia (a herb that tastes sweet) to taste.  This herb also aids the body in producing collagen ... keeps the skin looking youthful!
